Our Daily Work Planners are designed to help keep you organized and maximize your productivity!


DATES

  • We have space to fill the date, meaning you have the freedom to start and stop with our planner whenever you want.


FIRST 15 CHECK IN

  • Our "First 15" is something we developed in order to help us at the start of our day. Here's how to use it, write in all your important tasks from what you need to do, to what you want to do. Any tasks that don't or can't be accomplished today can go into the "For Tomorrow..." or "Brain Dump" section. This tool is great when you're feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start. Or when you are unmotivated, and can't find a place to start. This space allows you to mentally "check in" at the beginning of your day.


MID DAY CHECK IN

  • We know by the time "lunch" or the middle of the day rolls around, it can be so hard to refocus and get back on track. Our "Mid Day Check In" is designed to give you a mental check point and see where your day is at. Similar to our "First 15", we use this space to recap what we've already accomplished but also to reevaluate what else needs to be done.


LAST 15 CHECK OUT

  • Sometimes its hard to mentally "check out" even when our work day is done. Here's how to use "Last 15 Check Out," write down everything and anything that you need to work on the next day. Also write down what you were able to get done during the day. We found that when we gave ourselves space to write out what we have already done and what we need, it gives us perspective on our productivity each day. It also aids in mentally "Checking Out" so that once we are done for the day, our brain doesn't linger on work and is able to move on.


CURRENT PROJECTS

  • In any job, there's always some sort of project going on. This space allows you to write in current projects to help keep track of what is on your plate. We use this tool to help us from getting overwhelmed, by limiting the spaces for projects it helps us stay focused and productive.


BRAIN DUMP

  • We love a good brain dump! We have this space available for you to fill in all those little things that don't quite fit anywhere else.

"FOR TOMORROW"

  • Our section titled "For Tomorrow" is designed to help you break down your tasks for what needs to be done today and what can or should be done tomorrow. Sometimes we need that space to "write it out" and refer back to as our week goes on. This space is perfect for that.


These planners are designed based on what has worked for us for the last 13 years through out our education, career and personal life. Hopefully the small things we have learned to help us, help you!
